・ この製品の長時間使用を繰り返しますと、ゴム製の目当てにより、皮膚に炎症を起こ
すことがあります。もし、疑わしい症状が現れましたら、直ちに医師に相談してくだ
さい。
・ この製品を持ち運ぶときは、ソフトケースに収納し、ファスナー・口ヒモを確実に閉
めてください。
保守・手入れ
レンズ
・ レンズ面上のほこりは、柔らかい、油気のないハケで払うようにして取り除いてくだ
さい。
・ レンズ面上の指紋や汚れは、メガネ拭き専用の布(市販品)で拭き取るか、ガーゼま
たは専用のクリーニングペーパー(カメラ店などで市販されているシリコンが含まれ
ていないもの)に少量の無水アルコールを含ませて、軽く拭き取ってください。身近
な布やビロード、なめし革などでから拭きしますと、レンズ面にキズを付けることが
あります。また、一度本体の清掃に使用した布は、レンズ面の清掃に使用しないでく
ださい。
ED レンズの清掃に際して
・ フィールドスコープの対物レンズを清掃するときは、エアゾールタイプのダストクリ
ーナーの使用はご遠慮ください。液化ガスの急冷作用によりレンズ割れを起こすこと
があります。もし使用される場合は、缶を立ててレンズ面より 30cm 以上離し、気化
した液化ガスが一点に集中しないように動かしながら、十分に注意して清掃してくだ
さい。
本体
・ ピント合わせリングの回転部分に入った砂・ゴミは、ハケでよく払ってください。
・ 本体のお手入れは、ブロア*でゴミやホコリを軽く吹き払ったあと、柔らかい清潔な
布で軽く拭いてください。ベンジンやシンナーなどの有機溶剤や、有機溶剤を含むク
リーナーなどを汚れ落としに使わないでください。
* ブロア:ノズルから空気をいきおいよく吹き出すことができるゴム製の清掃道具
保管
・ 湿気の多いところでの保管・使用は、レンズ面にカビや水滴による曇りが生じやすく
なります。風通しのよい、乾燥した場所に保管してください。とくに、雨の日などに
使用されたときは、室内で充分に乾かしてから保管してください。
・ 炎天下の自動車の中やヒーターなど高温の発熱体のそばに、この製品を放置しないで
ください。製品の変形、故障の原因となります。
防水型について
この製品は 1 mの水深に 5 分間水没させても内部光学系に異常がなく、観察に支障のな
い防水設計になっています。
1.雨風の当たる場所や、湿気の多い場所などの悪条件下で使用しても、内部機能を損ね
ることがない。
2.乾燥窒素の充填により、曇りやカビが生じにくい。
などの特徴がありますが、次の点にご注意の上、ご使用ください。
1.密閉構造ではありませんので、水中での使用や強い水流で洗うことはおこなわないで
ください。
2.本体可動部に水滴が付いたときは操作することをやめ、水滴を拭き取るようにしてく
ださい。
なお、防水性能を保持するために、定期的に点検を受けられることをおすすめします。
使い方
1 三脚(別売品または市販品)への取り付け
三脚(別売品または市販品)にフィールドスコープの三脚取り付け座を固
定します。
ニコンフィールドスコープ三脚 FT-3500 の場合は、カメラ用三脚アダプ
ターを使用して、一般の三脚に取り付ける時と同様に、三脚取り付け座
下面にある三脚ねじ穴(1/4 インチ)を使います。
2 対物レンズキャップの取り外し
対物レンズ鏡筒より対物レンズキャップをはずします。
3 接眼レンズ(別売品)の取り付け
下記の接眼レンズは、平型ゴム目当てがついていますので、眼鏡の使用
の有無にかかわらず、そのままでお使いください。。
27 × /40 × /50 ×MC
下記の接眼レンズは、折り返し式ゴム目当てがついています。
13-30 × /20-45 × /25-56 ×MC
メガネをかけたままのぞくときは、必ず目当てを外側に折り返してください。
(目当てを返しませんと、視野が狭くなります)
下記の接眼レンズは、ターンスライド式目当てがついています。
20 × /30 × /38 ×ワイドMC、27 × /40 × /50 ×ワイドMC、40 ×
/60 × /75 ×ワイドMC、13-40 × /20-60 × /25-75 ×MCII
下記の接眼レンズはかぶせ式の目当てゴムが付属しています。
16 × /24 × /30 ×ワイドDS、27 × /40 × /50 ×ワイドDS、40 ×
/60 × /75 ×ワイドDS
目視による観察を行うときは、保護のため目当てゴムを取り付けてくだ
さい。
3-1 接眼レンズ(ズーム接眼レンズをのぞく)の取り付け
接眼レンズを右に回して、本体の接眼取り付け部にねじこみます。
各接眼レンズのねじ込み部には、湿気、ホコリ等の侵入を防ぐために、
ゴム製の O(オー)リングが組み込まれています。このため、ネジが少
し固くなりますが、しっかりとねじ込んでください。
3-2 ズーム接眼レンズの取り付けと使い方
ズーム接眼レンズのねじ込みマウントを右に回して、本体の接眼取り付
け部にねじ込みます。
ズーム接眼レンズのねじ込み部の胴付き面には、湿気、ホコリ等の侵入
を防ぐために、ゴム製の平パッキングが組み込まれています。しっかり
とねじ込んでください。
13-40 × /20-60 × /25-75 ×MCIIは、特に確実
にねじ込んでください。
指標がズレている場合(たとえば真上にない場合)は、次のようにします。
(1)ねじ込みマウントを左に回して , 多少ゆるめます。
(2)指標部を見やすい位置(たとえば真上)まで回します。
(3)片手で指標部を固定しながら、もう片方の手でねじ込みマウントを右
に回してしっかりと固定します。
ズームリングを回すと、倍率を自由に変えられます。
高倍率→右に回す
低倍率→左に回す
4 観察
4-1 方向
目標物に対物レンズを向けます。
フィールドスコープのピント合わせノブを照準線の代用として使用しま
すと、およその見当をつけるのに便利です。
4-2 ピント合わせ(直視型、傾斜型共通)
片目で接眼レンズをのぞきながら、ピント合わせノブを回します。

接眼レンズ使用時の倍率は次のように異なります。
※ 20 × /25 ×MC と 24 × /30 ×ワイドMC 接眼レンズについては、周辺減光がありますので、お勧

ニコンクールピクスをニコンフィールドスコープに取り付けて撮影するときに
必要です。
20 × /30 × /38 ×ワイドMC、27 × /40 × /50 ×ワイドMC、40 × /60 ×
/75 ×ワイドMC、13-30 × /20-60 × /25-75 ×ズーム MCII の接眼レンズ
で使用できます。また、16 × /24 × /30 ×ワイドDS、27 × /40 × /50 ×
ワイドDS、40 × /60 × /75 ×ワイドDS の接眼レンズは、FSA-3 とアタッ
チメントリングで使用できます。一部、使用できないカメラもありますので、
カタログなどでご確認下さい。
• コンパクトデジタルカメラブラケット FSB-1A、FSB-2
ニコン製 COOLPIX をニコンフィールドスコープに取り付
けて撮影するときに必要です。
接眼レンズワイド DS との組み合わせ使用をお勧めします。
16 × /24 × /30 ×ワイドDS 使用の時は、ブラケットリ
ングを併用します。また、各ワイドMC やズームMCII 接
眼レンズにデジタルカメラアタッチメント(FSA-1 +
FSA-2)を組み込んだものにも取り付け使用可能です。

約 1.2kgの軽量タイプ。機動性に優れ、フィールドスコー
