Procedure 3-1 Configuring a 4300 Device Mesh

Ensure that all the 4300 devices are wire-connected to the MOTOMESH 2.0 MiSC. NOTE: It is

recommended that the 4300 devices are set-up on the bench prior to actual deployment in the field.

The MOTOMESH 2.0 MeshManager element management application must be installed and running.

From within MeshManager select the

Add MotoMesh Duo Device icon from the Toolbar menu, or

select File | Add MotoMesh Duo Device from the application menu.

The Add New MOTOMESH Duo Device panel will now be shown in MeshManager.

Enter the 4300 Device’s 802.11 Ethernet MAC address, from the external device’s label, into the 802.11

AP Ethernet entry field.
