Shooting Issues
The camera turns
off without
warning.
• The camera automatically turns off to save power (auto off
function).
• Depending on the status of the camera, it turns off after a
specific time regardless of the auto off setting.
• The camera and battery may not work properly at low
temperatures.
• The inside of the camera has become hot. Leave the
camera off until the inside of the camera has cooled, and
then try turning it on again.

The camera
becomes hot.
The camera may become hot when used for an extended
period of time such as to shoot movies, or when used in a hot
environment; this is not a malfunction.

The camera beeps
three times.
• The battery is exhausted.
• Out of memory. Insert a memory card with sufficient free
space.
• The camera has run out of file numbers. Change the
memory card, or format the memory card.
• An error occurred while accessing the memory card.
- Use an approved memory card.
- Check that the terminals are clean.
- Confirm that the memory card is correctly inserted.

Date and time of
recording are not
correct.
• When the camera is turned on for the first time, the camera
clock is set to “01/01/2017 00:00”. Set the date and time of
the camera clock by selecting SnapBridge 360/170 M
c Camera tab M Camera settings M Date and time.
• The camera clock is not as accurate as ordinary watches or
clocks. Periodically compare the time of the camera clock
with that of a more accurate timepiece and reset as required.

Problem Cause/Solution

Cannot take
pictures or record
movies.
• Check the lamp display.
• Insert a memory card with sufficient free space.
• Disconnect the HDMI cable or USB cable.
• During remote photography, images cannot be captured
only with the camera. Exit remote photography.
• Buttons can be operated only to turn off the camera while
a live image is output.
