4 Frame the white or gray reference
object in the measuring window.
• To apply the most recently measured value for
preset manual instead of taking a new
measurement, tap Cancel. The most recently
measured value is set for white balance, and a
new measurement is not performed.
5 Tap Measure to measure a new white
balance value.
• The shutter is released and the new white
balance value for preset manual is set. No image
is saved.
• When the monitor display returns to the screen
shown in step 3, tap f to complete the setting.
B Notes About White Balance
• Some settings cannot be used with other functions (A71).
• Set the flash to W (off) when white balance is set to any setting other than Auto and Flash
(A58).
B Notes About Preset Manual
A value for flash lighting cannot be measured with Preset manual. When shooting using the flash,
set White balance to Auto or Flash.
