SCSI Chain Connection with Other Devices

If LS-4500AF is connected at the end of the SCSI chain;

• Connect the 50-pin full pitch connector of the SCSI cable to the SCSI

connector located on the rear panel of the unit, and insert the other end

to the SCSI connector of other SCSI device.

• Connect the supplied terminator (terminal resistance) to the other SCSI

connector on the rear panel of the unit.

If LS-4500AF is connected between the other SCSI devices;

• Connect the 50-pin full pitch connector of the SCSI cable to the SCSI

connector located on the rear of the unit, and insert the other end to the

SCSI connector of other SCSI device.

• Connect the other SCSI device by using the other SCSI connector on

the rear panel of the unit.

• Connect the terminator (terminal resistance) to the SCSI device con-

nected at the end of SCSI chain.
